SOCO Construction managed the fit-out of the Observation Wheel Lobby and Snack Bar at the American Dream Entertainment Retail Center that ran concurrently with the Observation Wheel Platform project. Designed to complement the surrounding theme, this location offers a classic carnival aesthetic complete with traditional fair-inspired food options. In addition, the space is organized for a smooth guest experience, featuring a ticketing booth, front-of-house kitchen, back-of-house prep area with storage, and a small retail space.
2,800 sf of space is utilized as the entrance to the Observation Wheel Platform where the ride sits and the design is highlighted by an extensive custom neon lighting package following storefront archways and faux neon LED accents. The ceiling is also constructed out of custom aluminum panels. Each panel was carefully coordinated and designed following the same circular pattern as the epoxy flooring.
