SOCO Construction was hired to construct nearly 235,000 sf of space distributed over six separate pads designed to accommodate guests seeking culinary experiences and lifestyle services.
Anchored by a stand-alone Whole Foods Market and 20 additional spaces, SOCO managed the base building core and shell work, and specialty tenant fit-outs such as The Container Store and Cost Plus World Market, to ensure a high-quality environment for all visitors. Other notable retailers include Nordstrom Rack, SAKS off 5th Avenue, ULTA Beauty Supplies, and Chipotle among others.
