SOCO Construction managed the interior renovation of an existing restaurant space into a high-end restaurant and market area located in Short Hills Mall, New Jersey. The project focuses on featuring an authentic Italian restaurant, café, gelato stations, and a vibrant wine and food market.
Scope of work includes demolition, new MEPs, and new life safety systems. The main areas consist of concrete flooring, and vinyl in the back-of-house areas along with audio and visual equipment throughout. The restaurant area is equipped with banquets for seating, a bar area, and a kitchen with a pizza oven. In addition, all high-end kitchen equipment, shelving, and millwork were imported from Canada and Italy.
Designed to transport guests to the heart of Italy, the space incorporates warm, inviting color palettes, sophisticated fixtures, and authentic Italian millwork, curating a high-class, welcoming atmosphere for every diner and visitor.
