SOCO Construction managed the ground-up build of two single-story commercial retail buildings totaling 12,000 sf. Located in Skillman, New Jersey, this project also includes a patio area between the buildings and another between the retaining wall and building A. One of the buildings also includes a 1,400 sf basement for storage for future tenants.
Building B is completely slab-on-grade, however, building A is partially slab-on-grade due to the basement area. Each building includes brick and stone veneer, storefront, Azek trim, Hardie siding, flat PVC shingle roofing, sloped shingle roof, core and shell MEPs with a fire pump, water booster pump, and a retaining wall with a metal fence and stone veneer next to building A.
