Description: SOCO Construction managed Phase 3 of the project with the new construction of a 4-story hotel and 3-story atrium building. It consists of 63 hotel rooms, two 3,000 sf banquet halls, a 2-story commercial kitchen, and atrium amenity space. There is also a mezzanine bar featuring artisan coffee.
Both the banquet hall and atrium have stunning features. Regarding the banquet hall spaces, they are used for weddings and events. They accommodate up to 500 people overall and the rooftop deck overlooks the bay. Regarding the atrium, it connects the hotel and Rod ‘N’ Reel building with direct views of the beach and bay.
The entire area contains artwork and items, oceanic and warm sandy colors, and additional features that emphasize the beachy theme. This theme continues up through the hotel rooms as well.
The building is resting on a precast pile foundation, CIP grade beams, pile caps and pedestal. This superstructure also consists of structural steel with precast plank.
