SOCO Construction is currently managing the construction of a 9-story mixed-use residential building located in Asbury Park, New Jersey. It will include 112 condo units, a mezzanine level above the 9th floor featuring private terraces and plunge pools, a 3-level parking garage containing 239 spaces, and retail space. The retail spaces will front Ocean Avenue, and the overall building will be supported by steel piles and constructed with cast-in-place concrete.
Condos range from one to four-bedroom units, and amenities include a 5th-floor deck with a pool, courtyards, lawn space, outdoor fitness area, and more. In addition, there will be aluminum windows, glass railings, and a façade of porcelain accents and cement panels. The design is meant to meet LEED Silver-level practices.
