SOCO Construction managed the ground-up build of a 3-story mixed-use building located in Totowa, New Jersey. Its overall structure consists of cast-in-place concrete foundations with slab-on-grade, metal framing from the 1st to 2nd floor, and wood framing from the 2nd floor to the roof. The 1st floor consists of retail spaces for rent with a total of 28 units split between the 2nd and 3rd floor. The rest of the building features one and two-bedroom apartments.
The apartments are equipped with a modern kitchen that includes brand-new electric appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closets for added convenience, and sleek finishes throughout providing a comfortable and stylish living space. It’s within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and has easy access to major highways like I-80, US-46, and the Garden State Parkway.
