David BellmanBoard Member, SOCO Construction
Executive Vice President - Design and Construction, Vornado Realty Trust

David Bellman leverages over 29 years of industry experience to oversee Vornado Realty Trust’s Design and Construction division. His strategic leadership has been pivotal in developing landmark projects such as the Moynihan Train Hall and the PENN DISTRICT Master Plan. Previously with AvalonBay Communities and Boston Properties, Mr. Bellman has a diverse portfolio, including luxury apartments, commercial offices, and historical renovations.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Administration from George Washington University.
