Matthew Lorenzo has more than 30 years of experience leading several billion dollars worth of the largest, most successful projects. His experience varies from new construction, renovations, to entire campus repositioning. In addition, Mr. Lorenzo’s expertise is focused on the firm’s business management and business development initiatives, owner relations, subcontract development/management, union and non-union labor relations, and corporate safety initiatives. Mr. Lorenzo’s keen eye for opportunity provides clients of all spectrums with the upper hand required in this market as real estate deals and corporate expansions are pursued.

Mr. Lorenzo holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ramapo College in Environmental Studies.
