The nationally recognized owner and operator of commercial and retail properties Vornado Realty Trust contracted SOCO Construction to convert its existing 760,000 square-foot mall into a one level open air facility consisting of 560,000 square feet. In addition to the mall redevelopment project, additional services were provided to include reconstruction of the entire site for increased parking capacity, expansion for future tenant spaces, new site lighting and landscaping.
