SOCO Construction was awarded the Construction Management contract for a new one-story, 12,000 sf stand-alone retail building at the West End Commons Mall, North Plainfield NJ. The project scope included demolition of the existing structure, sitework, core, shell, and tenant fit-out.

By utilizing an aggressive construction schedule, the project was completed two months ahead of the owner’s original schedule.
