SOCO Construction, was the Owner’s Representative for Glen Toyota’s main building room renovation at a Toyota facility located at Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Renovations occurred in the interior and exterior of the existing showroom. It included, but was not limited to the owner’s office, customer lounge, accounting area, conference room, restrooms, general manager’s office, interior car storage sales counter, salesroom, and IT office.
Scope of work included upgrades to MEP and HVAC systems, and facade upgrades. Installments included metal panels, windows, OH doors, and EV charging stations.
