SOCO managed the fit-out of five retail shops in the American Dream Entertainment Retail Center located in East Rutherford, New Jersey. At approximately 38,000 sf in total, the shops are Candle Time, Yoyoso, Lindbergh, Acuitis, and Designer’s Market.
Project scope includes new mechanical and plumbing equipment, painting, carpentry, millwork, metal paneling, storefront, fixturing, paving, flooring, tile, and interior facade renovation.
