Tom Lagatol is responsible for all estimating, bidding, procurement, and subcontractor management at SOCO Construction. He brings over 20 years of experience to projects of any size with an extensive background in preparing accurate and timely cost estimates, conceptual thinking, and creative strategies to ensure a successful construction project.

One of Tom’s strengths is assembling a first-class team by cultivating strong relationships with the Design Professionals and Subcontractor Communities critical to a project’s success. His experiences and team building reside in retail, residential, education, life sciences, environmental, custom finishes, and building remediation throughout the Northeast. In addition, Tom leads SOCO’s efforts in value engineering, virtual construction/BIM, and constructability reviews with end users and design professionals.

Mr. Lagatol holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is a former Engineer Officer in the United States Army.
