Kevin Dolan serves as the leader of Special Operations for SOCO Construction with more than 46 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a journeyman carpenter and progressed through the ranks of foreman, superintendent, general superintendent, and owner’s representative for JC Penney Construction Services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dolan has led construction efforts over a wide range of project types. He has successfully completed store takeovers, along with new store construction and extensive high-end remodeling of occupied / in-operation retail stores. His responsibilities include scheduling, phasing, adherence to schedule, cost constraints, safety, and quality control.

Mr. Dolan provides a key leadership role in SOCO’s Special Operations team, while simultaneously working closely with the CEO and COO in the implementation of numerous “out of the box” projects. He is also an instrumental part of SOCO’s Apprentice Superintendent Program.

As a member of Sordini’s executive team, Mr. Dolan assists with the development and implementation of corporate policies. He tailors the field staff to ensure that all our clients receive the right personnel, and that field teams exceed expectations.

Mr. Dolan attended the Borough of Manhattan Community College and completed coursework in construction management, estimating, and Auto Cad.
