He has advised numerous real estate developers and owners on acquisitions, construction, taxation, and financial reporting.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wilkin has been instrumental in the management and expansion of WilkinGuttenplan. His responsibilities included personnel management, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, and business development. His broad experience provides valuable insight into financial strategy, organizational growth, and the complexities of the real estate industry.

Mr. Wilkin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Rider University.
