Mr. Smith offers clients over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a seasoned Executive, successfully implementing all aspects of construction including: preconstruction, design management, project management, procurement, scheduling, reporting, budget/change control, and business development. Mr. Smith is driven to achieve the highest level of success for all projects he is involved with and is able to work in fast-paced, highly demanding environments. He is able to provide the best construction practices with sophisticated management techniques. His capabilities and skill sets have been acquired through a steady growth in the industry, starting as an entry level project engineer.

Mr. Smith’s wide range of project experience includes LEED certified construction, life science, corporate office space, retail, residential, and site infrastructure improvements. He fosters strong client relationships as demonstrated by his numerous repeat clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Rutgers University. Bradley is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
