With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Benjamin Perry has exceeded many expectations. He spent most of his time in leadership positions that span across multiple project types. He has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors such as residential, retail, higher education, corporate, and industrial.

From his previous experience with project management, field supervision, and hands-on abilities including extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, foundation work, and more, Mr. Perry understands multiple infrastructure components of a project and what a project entails overall. This includes extensive coordination between all parties involved, project start-up, labor negotiations, prevention of potential issues, and project completion.

As one of two General Superintendents, Mr. Perry assists with the professional development of our teams on-site. This includes mentorships as he is a prominent figure in our Apprentice Superintendent Program and those who are new in the construction industry regardless of their position on site.

Mr. Perry is certified in OSHA 30-Hour Safety and holds a certificate as a Site-Safety Training Supervisor for New York.
