The multi-family building rises six stories at approximately 300,000 sf. It contains 206 apartments, 2 retail units, 284 interior garage parking spaces, and a host of high-end amenities to one of the region’s most sought-after locations. The second floor holds a fitness area, the third floor boasts an amenity deck with a pool, lounge, fire pits, grills, and stretching areas. Residents can also enjoy a stunning rooftop patio offering panoramic views of the beach and surrounding area. The overall design approach consists of 4 over 2 podium construction with wood framing.
Townhomes consist of four separate buildings, each containing five units with a shared courtyard. They offer residents spacious living quarters with a two-car garage, four bedrooms, and private rooftop patios. They are designed to provide a modern, luxurious living experience. The townhomes are approximately 3,000 sf/unit.
