Residents will also enjoy a stunning rooftop patio offering panoramic views of the beach and surrounding area. The building’s design incorporates 4-over-2 podium construction with wood framing, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
The townhomes will offer residents spacious living quarters, with a 2-car garage, four bedrooms, and private rooftop patios. They consist of four buildings, each containing five units and a shared courtyard. Each townhome is approximately 3,000 sf/unit and is designed to provide a modern, luxurious living experience.
