SOCO Construction managed the new construction of The Delford, located in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. This 6-story residential building consists of 160 multi-family units including upscale one and two-bedroom homes. Amenities include a courtyard with a pool, seating and lounge areas, fire-pits, an outdoor kitchen and bar area, private patios, and a synthetic turf exercise space. The building also consists of a fitness center, kitchen and bar area, game area, and with lounges equipped with cozy firepits and television a set. Each area is also equipped with artistic features with light fixtures, works of art on the walls, and color themes that bring a warm ambiance to the building.
The first two floors are cast-in-place concrete for the parking garage and the remaining four floors are wood framed. There are multiple exterior finishes including EIFS stenciled brick and face cement board from floors 3-6, along with thin brick and Hardie board on floors 1-2.
