SOCO Construction, managed multiple projects on the Stevens Institute of Technology campus located in Hoboken, New Jersey. It consisted of a Gateway 4th-floor renovation, along with a Rocco Technology Center roof and RTU replacement.
The 4,000 sf Gateway fourth-floor renovation consisted of a Fit-out of its existing whitebox space. It included 13 new offices, a pantry, a conference room, and a computer lab with new finishes and flooring. The scope included but was not limited to new electrical, mechanical, sprinkler, and telecommunications systems.
The 3,500 sf roof replacement of the Rocco Technology Center included the installation of a new Soprema roof with liquid flashing on parapet penetration. In addition, the existing AC unit was replaced with a new Trane unit on a new seismic curb.
