SOCO Construction was awarded a contract from Mondelez to manage various construction projects throughout the campus. This included equipment replacements, safety upgrades, and improvements as required for end users. Projects also included Interior renovations, freezer modifications, POP Room modifications, life safety upgrades and a Pilot Laboratory. SOCO remains one of the tri-state areas preeminent construction managers servicing clients like Mondelez throughout the region
