SOCO was contracted to manage the construction of a residential development located at Old River Road, Edgewater, New Jersey. Project scope consisted of a condominium building 110 ft high with a total of 10 floors (8 for residential units, 2 for parking). The overall building contains 6 studios, 26 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom, and 9 three-bedroom residential units for a total of 58 units. In addition to the building, the site contains 101 parking spaces on 2 levels. Lastly, the facade consists of brick masonry on the lower levels, window-walls, and metal panels.
Since the location is within the Quanta Environmental Area, environmental remediation and reporting requirements took place.
