SOCO Construction managed the renovations of the first floor, basement, and sub-basement of 90 Broad Street. Renovations occurred due to super storm Sandy causing major damage to its infrastructure, interior walls, and finishes.

Scope of work included replacement of HVAC systems, electrical switch gear, pump systems, portions of the fire alarm system, and repairs to the steam station. Additional repairs included the lobby, sub level stairwells, block walls, and sheetrock walls.

New construction included the fit-out of engineering offices, locker rooms, and the installation of a new mezzanine structure to house electrical equipment. Construction of a new white box was also required for several sub-grade retail spaces.
