SOCO Construction, managed the EAS Acoustic Lab renovation at the Stevens Institute of Technology campus located in Hoboken, New Jersey.
This project consisted of interior and exterior work, historic preservation, window replacement, the relocation of an entry door with a newly upgraded storefront, and new AC units and lighting. In addition, work included the demolition of existing finishes and fit-out of the first and second floors with new millwork, flooring, ceiling, and four offices with a new ADA bathroom.
