SOCO managed the ground-up build of Crescents at Largo Building ‘A’, located in Largo, Maryland near the FedEx Field. This 383,000 sf facility is complete with a large ground-level parking garage and four floors of senior living options. These options include 55 and older independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. The complex contains a fitness center, physical therapy room, screening room, salon, chapel, activity room, lobby/lounge areas, three dining facilities, and a courtyard made specifically for each living option.
Construction consisted of a concrete podium and four floors of cold formed wall panels with integral steel, floor joists, and metal decking.
