In 2017, Mike was elevated to Sordoni’s Chairman of the Board of Directors. In the same year, Matthew Lorenzo was named President and CEO, while Seth Levy was elevated to Executive Vice President and COO—both played an instrumental role in guiding Sordoni’s growth up to the name change to SOCO Construction Company, and crafting our uniquely hands-on and client-centric approach to leadership.
As SOCO continued to evolve, in 2022, the company established itself as an ESOP. As a 100% employee-owned company, SOCO’s commitment to serving its clients is at the company’s core and is a shared responsibility. SOCO’s experience, knowledge, and passion for building culminates in connection and collaboration across the entirety of the firm’s project teams.
